PAWDORIA is an advanced, innovative products designed to help your dog's/cat’s health. However, it requires the careful reading of instructions and correct usage to be effective.
PAWDORIA will not refund orders based on incorrect usage of the product or a cat not acclimating to a new litter. Most dogs/cats like our products, however, some may require a transition period through the mixing of old and the new product.

First-time customers who order with us online are automatically eligible for our 30 DAYS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your PAWDORIA, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund. Returns
Unopened bags of PAWDORIA may be eligible for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery for refund consideration. For assistance with a return request, please get in touch with pawdoriastore@gmail.com
Eligible returns must be:
*Unused & unaltered*In the original packaging
*Returned with product tags intact
*Returned with original paperwork or invoice
Eligible returns must be shipped to the mailing address provided by our support team within seven days of our reply to your return request. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date your refund is scheduled for processing. Your refund will be expected for processing upon receipt of your return.
PAWDORIA reserves the right to deny a return if the item or product does not comply with this Refund & Cancel Policy. Items that do not meet policy standards may be rejected and returned to you.
PAWDORIA cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged returns while in transit.

Damages
Refund & replacement requests will be considered for products that have arrived damaged. You must notify PAWDORIA of a damaged product within seven days of confirmed delivery by emailing pawdoriastore@gmail.com
Please submit your Damage Request through the email address used to make your original purchase, and include the corresponding, valid order number. Our support team will assist you with the next steps.
